NeW THouGHTS & oLD THouGHTS

HI! well i started classes for this week and have thought about some new things.

1. again...i'm going to be a teacher and have students ( not a new thought) lol

2. when i think about number 1 i get SOOOOO excited ( kellie notice all the o's =) )

3. i am finding out characteristics of teachers. my health education teacher said today " teachers are territorial of their room and their students." i was like there is NO ONE who is more territorial then i am when it comes to my room!!! i was meant to be a teacher!!!

ok well maybe i am blowing this way out of proportion and taking my teachers comment way to literally as a sign that i was meant to be a teacher, but whatever. lol

lets see i decided that i want to try and lose 15lbs by the new year! im not sure if this is a very attainable goal considering that im at college and its SO hard to not eat pizza and pastas and have all kind of snacks and not to mention eating at the weirdiest times! but nevertheless i want to at least try! so if we are talking on the phone ask me what ive eaten that day! maybe i'll try to eat better knowing that i might have to confess to you that i ate like a whole bag of chips ( ...just and example lol )

well on another note i FINALLY figured out who my roommate shannon remindes me of!! JESSICA STANLEY from stephanie meyers twlight series! www.stephaniemeyer.com she will just keep talking and talking and all i have to do is insert the right "hmmm" "yeah" "totally" "so wierd" "that guy is such a jerk" and she will just keep going all on her own! lol i know my own personal jessica stanley. i think im only excited about this because that would make me bella swan and THAT would be freaking awosme because then i would obviously find edward immediatley ( by the way im SOOOO team Jacob!!) if you don't know what im talking about then you must seriously get on top of it and read the books!!! you are missing out in life, really read the books!

i guess thats all for now, some new thoughts and some old thoughts too. =)

help me out!

hello! i am doing my homework...yay for homework! and i need to do this assignment for my teaching health education in elementary and middle school class where i need to think of qualites, strengths and values that i will bring to teaching. so here is YOUR chance to tell me all the wonderful things about myself! hahah jk! but i do need a little help so if you have any ideas let me know!

so my very first blog...i guess the first thing i want to say is: BEARS BEETS BATTLESTAR GALATICA. haha! ok well now that out of the way! well my classes today were pretty good! it first started out me going to the wrong building and getting lost which made me 20 mins late to my first 10am class, when i got to the right room the door was locked!!! sucky! so i was on the outside of my first real college class over here! my second class was harmless, poetry and poetics. the teacher is really chill and i think im going to actually enjoy the curiculum. after that i had a little break before my teaching health education in elementry and middle school class. NOW this class was awsome! the first thing my teacher told me was to make a name tag...like a folded piece of paper to place where i sit...i know crazy! so i put my name and something meaningful about myself! lol all i could draw was a sun and a palm tree (this is due to my lack of art skills). so then we had to go around the room stand up and introduce ourselves...everyone was like "i love everything and im always happy". bullcrap. so then there is the one girl who says " i put stars on mine because i know that i was a star in my past life, and if i wasnt then i hope that i am a star in my next life." WHAT?! ok...whatever crazy! other then that it was pretty harmless, the class is full of fun projects and no tests so it will be awsome!! my teacher made an interesting comment. she said " be the kind of student that you want to teach" and then it hit me, i am going to be a teacher! like reality check or something! she kept talking about "our classsroms" and i was like yeah! im going to have a classroom and students!!
the only other exciting thing is that i know where all the beautiful, big, boys are! yes...the physical education building! as the hour went on in my class the boys that kept passing their arms got bigger and bigger!! yay i have found their secret hiding place!!!
ok enough with classes! my roommates are awsome! me and shannon have pretty much been hanging out the whole time. lacey isnt EVER around. no joke! which is kinda sad cuz we wanted to get to know her but whatever no time to waste by wishing.
i guess that their isnt really anything else to report....well i got a new bra so that is good. uhhhh my hair looked awsome today too....i think im just rambling on, but i cant help it, i love to write in my new blog!
ok here's a new subject: post secret. something that i truly love. this weeks were really interesting well i dunno, but everyone should go there and read them. (www.postsecret.blogspot.com) i like it because sometimes i will read a postcard and realize that that was a secret i never knew i had. i like it because sometimes the world feels cold and cruel, i think that it gives a human aspect to people. we are all rude and standoffish to each other but knowing that someone is feeling sad or happy or just as insecure as you makes you feel normal and secure that people are actually real underneath it all.
maybe we should end on that note!
